Welcome to DP Hair and Education!
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure every client enjoys the best possible experience in our salon.
1. Bookings
Appointments can be made through our website, social media, by phone, or as a walk-in (subject to availability).
To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking in advance.
2. Deposits
A deposit may be required for certain services or for new clients.
Deposit amounts vary depending on the service and will be deducted from the final balance on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you do not attend (no-show) your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you reschedule more than three times, your deposit will also be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure another booking.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
4. Patch Tests & Consultations
For colour services, a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
This ensures your safety and helps us deliver the best possible results.
If a patch test is not completed, we reserve the right to refuse the service.
5. Refunds & Adjustments
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange an assessment and, if appropriate, make adjustments free of charge.
We do not offer refunds for completed services.
6. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we need to adjust or reschedule your service.
8. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment.
This helps us ensure your comfort and safety.
DP Hair and Education follows strict hygiene and safety standards at all times.
9. Privacy & Filming
We value your privacy. Client details are kept securely and used only for salon purposes, such as managing appointments and service records.
We may occasionally take photos or short videos in the salon for social media, promotional, or educational use.
If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please let us know before or during your appointment — your comfort and consent are always our priority.
